How TwoTable works for your venue

Guests book you

We show your venue to matched couples. They pick a time, pay a deposit, and you see the booking in your dashboard.

You host the date

On the night, your team checks them in with a name or QR code. You serve them like any other table – no extra tech at the bar.

You get paid automatically

After check‑in, your share of the booking fee is released from escrow straight to you instantly. No chasing, no invoices.

Why venues switch to TwoTable?

Guaranteed payouts.

Every booking includes a fixed payout to your venue, released automatically after check‑in. No unpaid “free drinks”.

Fewer no‑shows.

Deposits and fairness scoring mean our couples turn up. When they don’t, you still recover part of the table value.

Better use of quiet slots.

We steer dates into shoulder times and slower nights, not just Saturday peaks.

No monthly fee.

You only pay us when we send real guests, so it’s risk‑free to try.

What you get TwoTable launch offer
New couples on quieter nights We commit to meaningful date volume across your pilot month, focused on your quieter slots.
No‑show protection Deposit‑backed payouts that cut no‑shows and compensate you when guests don’t arrive.
Admin overhead We handle matching, deposits, reminders and payouts end‑to‑end.

On an illustrative first month*

  • • 100+ date bookings routed to your venue network
  • • 40–50% fewer no‑shows vs standard reservations with no deposit
  • • ~£2,500–£4,000 in additional revenue from TwoTable guests, assuming £25–£40 per couple

*Illustrative figures based on typical UK casual dining and bar spend per couple and deposit models that reduce no‑shows.

Built‑in no‑show protection

We hold each couple’s deposit in escrow. When they arrive, it’s used as planned. If they don’t, you get compensated automatically – no awkward conversations, no chasing payments.

Both show up

You receive your booking payout after check‑in. The couple enjoys their evening; everyone wins.

One no‑shows

The flaking guest loses part of their deposit. A share goes to you for the empty seat.

Both no‑show

You recover more for the fully lost table. No‑shows stop being free for guests.

Questions from venue owners

Do we pay anything to join?

No. There’s no sign‑up or subscription fee. We only earn when we bring you guests.

How much do we earn per booking?

We agree a fixed payout per date with you upfront, based on your prices and city. You’ll see the exact amount in your partner agreement and in every booking.

Who pays for the “free” drink?

Guests pay a small deposit in the app. Your payout comes from that – you’re never funding free drinks out of your own pocket.

What do my staff need to do?

Simply check the couple in with a name or QR code. Everything else – payments, deposits, fairness scoring – happens behind the scenes.

Can we pause or leave the program?

Yes. You can pause new TwoTable bookings at any time, and you’re free to end the partnership with 30 days’ notice.

How do you choose which venues to work with?

We look for places that already give guests a good experience: consistent reviews, clear service standards, and quiet slots that you’d like to fill. We’re not trying to flood you with volume – we want a small number of venues that feel right for dates.

Do we need a separate tablet or new booking system?

No. Your team just checks the couple in by name or QR code. TwoTable runs alongside whatever reservation system you already use. We’ll only send you bookings for the slots you’ve given us.

Can we set limits on how many dates you send?

Yes. As part of your pilot, we agree a comfortable cap per evening (for example 3–4 tables for two). You can update those limits or pause certain days at any time.

What happens if a couple behaves badly or breaks our rules?

Your house rules always come first. If there’s a problem, you tell us and we’ll handle follow‑up with the guests. Repeat issues feed into our internal fairness scoring so the same people don’t keep wasting your time.

How do payouts and invoices work on our side?

After each check‑in we trigger your fixed payout automatically, batched into regular transfers to your bank account. You’ll receive a clear statement with every transfer showing dates, parties, and payouts – so there’s no manual invoice chasing.

Is there any exclusivity? Can we use other booking platforms too?

No exclusivity in the pilot. You can keep using your existing booking systems. We just ask that the slots you give to TwoTable remain available for TwoTable couples so we can guarantee their experience.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most venues are ready in under a week. Once you fill out the partner application, we’ll schedule a short call to understand your space, agree payouts and quiet slots, and then switch on your first dates.
